I had an absolutely perfect stay at Tulip Resort Pai, which is a serene escape just 5 km from the center of Pai. The little bamboo bungalows are charming and set in beautiful nature, providing a great sense of peace. Though it's a bit far from town, I found it easy to get around, especially since most people have bikes. The owner is incredibly friendly and attentive, making for a wonderfully personal touch to the experience.
